Molly Peterson is a full-time, professional REALTOR® who joined Regency Real Estate Brokers in 1996. Having come from a career in accounting and management, she specializes in the sales and marketing of homes in the South Orange County area with emphasis on Mission Viejo and Wagon Wheel Canyon.
Personal Information
Molly lives in the Mission Viejo area and is raising her family there. Knowledgeable on the neighborhoods, the schools, restaurants and the Lake, Molly is often sought out by those new to the area for her unique “insider’s perspective.”
Molly graduated from Western Washington University with a BA degree in Political Science. She minored in French and furthered her education in this area by attending school in Avignon, France for a year. She met her husband in college and they have three children all of which grew up in the Mission Viejo.
Dedicated to her community as well as her profession, Molly volunteered for years at Saddleback Community Outreach aimed at helping needy families in South Orange County. She is also involved with the school system and volunteers, whenever she has a spare moment.

Molly is a member of the South Orange County Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate.
