Being a CA native and having been raised in Mission Viejo, Nancy brings a unique knowledge of the area and market to serve her clients purchasing or selling a property.
Married to Mark Deushane, they have four children. While keeping up with the busyness of family, Nancy worked with Guidelines International Ministries for 20 years. Her position with this non-profit ministry gave her the opportunity to travel extensively around the world, taking part in humanitarian outreaches in many countries, including Kenya and the Philippines.
One of Nancy’s greatest passion is interior design. Her portfolio includes several offices, which she designed from the ground up. Nancy’s sense of style and design blend beautifully with her career and special talent in staging her listings.
In her free time she is an avid pickleball player, loves baking and spending time with friends and family.
