Doug Harris has been a licensed Real Estate Broker serving the Saddleback Valley since 1999. Four years later his wife, Erin, joined Doug as a licensed Real Estate Agent. Happily married for over 21 years they are truly a team in every sense of the word. Both Doug & Erin are 1991 graduates of Azusa Pacific University and have gone on to earn specialized real estate designations. Doug is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and Erin is a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource specialist.

Doug helped us purchase our new house under very tight time deadlines- from seeing the house from the first time to close in about 30 days. And just as important they’ve continued to provide great service after closing to make sure move in was as smooth as possible. We would recommend them to everyone.

I first met Doug back in 2006. He sold our first home for us and helped us buy a new one. I recently decided to buy another home, and Doug, being my realtor for life, was the man who did it for me! I don’t consider him to be just a realtor. He’s a true friend! I was sad that we parted ways back in 2006, and we are now keeping up a friendship with him and his wife, Erin. Doug is more interested in the right fit for families than making a sale. He has integrity. He has fought for me more than once and strongly negotiates for a low price. He won’t allow other agents and sellers to take advantage of me. He’s like a real estate lawyer! He’ll fight for you! However, I can’t imagine anyone going against Doug because he has so much charisma. That is probably why he always wins when negotiating. I had the pleasure of meeting his wife, and she is super excited and full of life. I know that she would do an amazing job as well. We are currently moving into our new home, and we are inviting the Doug and Erin over for dinner to celebrate. When I believe in someone, I recommend that person to anyone who will listen, and I highly recommend Doug and Erin Harris!

Writing this review after a quiet a bit of time after getting the house. Excuse me for that ! But remembering and writing this would speak for itself on the treatment we got or rather still getting from Doug & Erin. When we first met Doug and Erin, we were planning to buy our first home and start a family as we recently got married. It was a blessing to meet these folks who had a through knowledge of the housing market and on the mortgage side as well. We almost looked at 40 houses before coming down to one and there was not a dull moment. Both of them were so patient and helpful in making us understand on what we would be needing and what s out there.

We needed to sell my mother-in-law’s home after she passed away last year. It was a very stressful time in our lives. We asked Doug and Erin Harris from Regency Real Estate Brokers to handle the sale of our home. It was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. I never dreamt that selling a home could feel so easy. Having Doug say to me “you don’t have to know what you are doing, that’s my job” was so reassuring. He definitely knew what he was doing! He was in our corner from the beginning and made us feel like we were a team. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and he went above and beyond what was expected of him, as our realtor. Erin’s knowledge of what we needed to do to get our home ready to sell, allowed us to get top dollar for it. You can’t go wrong with Doug and Erin Harris!
